These terms apply to gift vouchers sold directly by More Than Sushi.
By purchasing or using a More Than Sushi gift voucher, you agree to the terms below.
1. Voucher validity
Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date shown on the voucher.
Vouchers cannot be used after the expiry date. Expired vouchers will not be refunded, exchanged or extended.
2. Where vouchers can be used
Gift vouchers are valid at More Than Sushi only.
Unless stated otherwise, vouchers are valid for collection orders only.
Vouchers cannot be used on third-party delivery platforms or with any other business.
3. Menu prices
More Than Sushi may update menu items and prices from time to time.
We cannot guarantee that menu prices at the time of voucher purchase will be the same when the voucher is redeemed.
4. Lost or damaged vouchers
Vouchers are treated like cash.
More Than Sushi cannot replace vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
5. Your right to cancel an unused voucher (online purchases)
If you bought a voucher online and have not used it, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To cancel within this period, please contact us at hello@morethansushi.co.uk or 07902 484 008 with your order details.
After the 14-day period, or once a voucher has been used, vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
6. Using your voucher
Each voucher can only be used once.
Vouchers must be used in full in a single transaction. No change, refund or credit will be given for any unused balance.
For example, if you use a £25 voucher on a £22 order, the remaining £3 will not be carried over.
If your order total is higher than the voucher value, you must pay the difference.
7. Offers and discounts
Vouchers cannot be used with other discounts, promotional codes, loyalty rewards or special offers unless we clearly say otherwise.
8. Restricted dates and availability
Vouchers may not be accepted on days when More Than Sushi is closed, extremely busy, running a special menu, or not accepting normal collection orders.
This may include dates such as Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.
9. Email vouchers
If your voucher is sent by email, please make sure the email address is entered correctly.
If you do not receive your voucher, please check your junk or spam folder first.
More Than Sushi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email details, inbox restrictions or email filtering.
10. Payment processing
Online card payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
More Than Sushi does not store your full card details.
11. Changes to these terms
More Than Sushi may update these voucher terms from time to time.
The terms that apply to your voucher are the terms in place when the voucher was purchased, unless a change is required by law or is clearly beneficial to the customer.
