How It All Started
We started More Than Sushi because we believed good sushi should feel fresh, generous, and fairly priced.
Too many places felt overpriced, inconsistent, or not fresh enough — so we decided to do things our own way.
From day one, our approach has been simple: prepare everything fresh to order, use quality ingredients, and never cut corners. Every roll, box, and platter is made by hand by our small family-run team in Poole.
