Reward Terms
Redeeming on collection and delivery
Collection orders: no minimum spend is required to redeem a reward.
Delivery orders: a £5 reward can only be redeemed on orders with a subtotal of £25 or more (before the reward is applied),
a delivery order cannot drop below £20 after a reward.
The same £25 delivery minimum applies to gift vouchers used on delivery orders.
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cancellations and refunds
If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned on that order will be reversed.
