Friday–Saturday: 11:30am–9:00pm
Sunday & Monday: Closed

While we take care in preparation, our kitchen handles ingredients like fish, soy, and gluten, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Yes! We offer a range of vegan and vegetarian sushi options, including plant-based rolls and sides.

Delivery & Ordering

Do you deliver?

Yes. We deliver to selected areas around Poole and Bournemouth.
Enter your postcode when ordering and we’ll let you know if delivery is available to your address.
Delivery is free on orders over £20.00 within our delivery area.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Delivery is free on orders over £20.00 within our delivery area.
If your postcode is outside our delivery zone, you’re still welcome to order for collection.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order for collection.
Delivery is available on orders of £20.00 or more within our delivery area.

Can I pre-order my food?

Yes. You can choose a collection or delivery time during checkout.
Pre-ordering is ideal if you’re planning lunch, dinner or a special occasion.

Can I customise my sushi?

Yes. Many of our dishes can be customised with your preferred fillings, sauces or extras where available.
Simply choose your options when ordering online, or contact us if you have a specific request.

Payments & Loyalty

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept online card payments when ordering through our website.
Depending on your device, Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be available at checkout.

Do you offer discounts for loyal customers?

Yes. We have a loyalty programme where customers can earn rewards when ordering directly from More Than Sushi.

Are your prices the same as Deliveroo, Just Eat or Uber Eats?

Ordering directly through our website usually gives you the best prices and offers.
Third-party delivery apps may charge different prices or fees.

Gift Cards

My gift voucher is about to expire, can I still use it?

If your gift voucher is close to its expiry date, please contact us before it expires.
We’ll always do our best to help where possible, but expired gift vouchers cannot be guaranteed to be accepted.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. You can choose collection when ordering online and select a collection time that suits you.
We’ll prepare your order fresh and have it ready for collection at your chosen time.

Do you have disabled facilities?

Our takeaway is accessible, but if you have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact us before visiting and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you have free parking?

Yes. Free parking is available nearby, making it easy to collect your order.

Are you pet friendly?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome outside the takeaway.
For food hygiene reasons, only assistance dogs are permitted inside.
